Ingredients:
- Almond flour (look for fresh, gluten free, Non-GMO almond flour. Order on Amazon Prime for extra fresh)
- Parmesan cheese (buy local and shred fresh)
Prep:
- Mix ingredients in coffee grinder or food processor
- Hand knead tough into ball
- Use rolling pin to make 1/4 – 1/8 inch thick
- Cut into squares
- Poke with fork
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10 – 15 mins
