Super Easy Parmesan Cheese Crackers

Recipe:

Ingredients:

  1. Almond flour (look for fresh, gluten free, Non-GMO almond flour. Order on Amazon Prime for extra fresh)
  2. Parmesan cheese (buy local and shred fresh)

Prep:

  • Mix ingredients in coffee grinder or food processor
  • Hand knead tough into ball
  • Use rolling pin to make 1/4 – 1/8 inch thick
  • Cut into squares
  • Poke with fork
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 10 – 15 mins
